Here’s what to expect on your first visit:
In order to utilize your time well, we’d love for you to fill out our new patient form(s) before coming in for your first appointment.
New Patient Paperwork – New Patient Forms
During the initial visit starts with your consultation, Dr. Powers will perform a detailed examination and then specific neurological-based testing. This helps us determine the best course of action for your treatment. Throughout your treatment plan, we will perform follow-up exams so we can map your progress and improvements.
We will take X-rays for diagnostic purposes. However, if you’ve had X-rays recently, we might be able to use your previous images if they cover the areas needed for proper diagnosis. If you have any questions or would like help transferring your X-rays to our office, give us a call! We are proud to offer in-house X-ray for the convenience of our patients.
Following the initial visit will be the Doctor’s report of findings; including a detailed interpretation of the testing results and the doctor’s recommendations on treatment and frequency of care.
