- Ingredients: 8 frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup pourable plain yogurt, 1/2 cup shredded (unsweetened) coconut
- Toss ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
2. Pineapple Kale Smoothie
- Ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen kale, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, 1/2 cup plain pourable yogurt, 1/4 cup water for desired consistency
